Please join the New Haven County Republican Assembly on Tuesday, December 6th. Reception starts at 6:00 pm and the meeting starts at 7:00 pm at J Roo's Restaurant, 243 State Street, North Haven. There is no charge for the event and you are welcome to purchase food and drink.
The New Haven County Republican Assembly is proud to host our panel of experts as they discuss the factors that contributed to the electoral outcomes in Connecticut and what we can do better in the future.
Featuring:
Lesley DeNardis, PhD. Lesley was the 2022 Republican Candidate for Connecticut's Third Congressional District. She has taught Political Science at Sacred Heart University and presently provides political data consulting services. Lesley is currently the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell.
Joe Markley. Joe was the Republican Connecticut Lieutenant Governor Candidate in 2018 and has previously served 5 terms as State Senator representing the 16th Senatorial District encompassing Cheshire, Prospect, Southington, Wolcott and Waterbury.
Jonathan Wharton, PhD. Jonathan is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Southern Connecticut State University. He is a frequent contributor to NPR stations as well as ctnewsjunkie.com, and is a Hearst CT columnist for the New Haven Register and Connecticut Post discussing state and local issues.
